Sports Massage has both physiological and psychological benefits and is used by professional and amateur athletes as well as non sporting individuals. It is a deep tissue massage that improves the conditions of the muscles by, amongst other things, increasing the circulation which helps to flush out toxins and eliminate waste products, alleviates muscle aches especially the DOMS (Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness), increases joint mobility, aids recovery after illness or injury and helps to prevent injury by keeping muscles flexible and agile. This type of massage should be view as a medical massage to help alleviate aches and pains, promote recovery from injury or posture based problems and is not a spa relaxing massage.

I can’t recommend this lady highly enough, I’ve pulled my back numerous times and had to pay hundreds to a chiro to help fix it. last minute plea for help and she was here three days later and I now have much more freedom of movement and also a plan to research bits for myself using her knowledge and training to help prevent the same thing happening again. best money I’ve spent on myself in a long while. certainly going to rebook and surprised theres only 12 reviews and currently 300 odd likes of the page as I want to shout from the hill tops about how fantastic this service was.

Booked a massage for my mum as she has suffered with back pain for most of her life. About a week ago it got really bad and my mum was nearly in tears and could hardly move. I messaged Jamie and we got booked in straight away at short notice. After the massage my mum noticed a huge improvement and was able to move much more freely and it relieved the severe pain. Absolute bliss! My neck and shoulders have been stiff and painful for years, and after only one session with Jamie, I loosened up considerably.
